Questions people ask first
If yours is not here, ask me directly. I answer everything myself, usually the same day.
Including the ones where the honest answer is that I am not the right fit.
Ten answers
These are the ones that come up on nearly every first call, so they may as well be written down.
You're using AI. What am I actually paying for?+
Judgment, direction and accountability. AI writes a lot of the code. I set the architecture, I run the review, and I own the result. What that changes is throughput. Every learning from every project goes back into how the whole operation runs, so your build starts from everything the last twelve companies taught us rather than from a blank page.
You run twelve companies. Will you have time for mine?+
Yes, and it is a fair thing to ask. The reason I can hold that many is the way the work is built. My staff carry the day to day and the systems carry a lot of the throughput, which means my time goes to strategy, architecture and quality rather than to production.
What happens when you leave?+
You own everything. Code, accounts, documentation, all of it, in your repositories under your credentials. I write handoff documentation as I go rather than at the end, because I run a portfolio and I have had to hand things off to myself more than once.
How is this different from an agency?+
An agency sells you hours and a project manager. I take the problem and I am accountable for the outcome. An agency also will not take part of its fee in performance. In the right situation, I will.
You haven't worked in my industry.+
Possibly not. Metals, luxury watches, construction, legal referral and real estate are not one industry, and the knot underneath them has been the same every time. If yours genuinely needs domain depth I do not have, I will tell you on the first call rather than three months in.
What if it doesn't work?+
I do not offer a money-back guarantee, and I would rather tell you why than dodge it. You are buying strategy and the work that comes out of it, and I am going to give you both. What I do give you is a fixed price, a scope in writing, and 30 days' notice either way on anything ongoing.
Do you work remotely?+
Yes. I am based in Fort Myers, Florida and I work across the state and remotely. Most of the work is remote by design, with time on site when a build genuinely needs it.
What size company do you work with?+
Typically businesses where a full C-suite hire is not realistic but the problems are real. If you are at the point where you have priced three hires and made none of them, that is the shape.
Can I start without a call?+
Yes. The diagnostic is fixed-scope and fixed-price, so there is no structural reason it needs a conversation to sell. Fill in the form and I will come back with a scope and a price the same day.
Do you take equity instead of fees?+
Sometimes. When the upside is real and measurable I will take less cash and a piece of what gets built. I already work that way inside two of my own ventures. There is no standard structure because there is not a standard situation.
Still have a question?
Send it over. I will give you a straight answer, including when the answer is that I am not the right fit.
I take limited engagements.
