Demand and attribution
Marketing spends money and you cannot trace a dollar of it to a customer. That is not a reporting problem. It is an architecture problem, and it is fixable.
Paid media, organic search, CRM and measurement built as one system instead of four vendors pointing at each other.
- Part of one engagement, not a separate vendor
- Staff behind it, so throughput is not capped by my calendar
- From $12,000 a month, or a fixed-scope build
- Most engagements start with a diagnostic
What is actually included
Campaigns run against the API
Structure and creative testing automated against the advertising platform directly rather than clicked through a dashboard. It is the only way to test at a rate that produces answers.
Server-side measurement
So the platform's number and your books agree. When they disagree by half, every decision downstream of that number is being made on the wrong figure.
A warehouse you own
Your first-party data, in your own store, queryable by you. Not rented inside somebody's analytics product where the export is a support ticket.
Profit reported next to return
Return on ad spend is what the platform reports. Profit on ad spend is what you actually run on. They belong side by side.
What it looked like last time
In one of my own companies the ad platform's reported revenue and the actual books were a long way apart. Budget, hiring and the growth case were all built on the wrong number. Rebuilding the measurement was worth more than any campaign I could have run, and it is the first thing I look at now.
Figures, references and case detail are available under NDA. Nothing on this site carries a client's numbers.
The same work, shaped to the sector
The knot underneath is the same every time. The constraints around it are not.
The other two
Most engagements cover all three. They are listed separately because the problems arrive separately.
Start with a diagnostic.
Two to four weeks, fixed price, scope agreed in writing. You get the plan and one working thing.
I take limited engagements.
